This website is operated by CloudOps Network. The registered entity is named on contracts and invoices.

What this website is

An informational website describing a matching service for engineering talent and a partner network for independent engineers. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a guarantee of availability, a guarantee of rate, or a guarantee that a given project qualifies for any funding or benefit pathway.

Submissions

When you submit a brief, an invite request or a message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. Submitting a form creates no contract and no obligation on either side.

Engagements

Any engagement arising from contact made here is governed by a separate written agreement. In the event of conflict, that agreement prevails over anything on this website.

Benefit pathways

References to provider-funded benefits describe programmes operated by third-party cloud providers. Eligibility, amounts, timing and availability are determined by those providers and their terms, not by CloudOps Network, and may change without notice. Nothing here is a promise that any specific opportunity will qualify or that any specific amount will be paid.

Intellectual property

The content, design and trade marks on this website belong to CloudOps Network or its licensors. You may read and share pages, but you may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, extract data at scale, submit false information, or use forms to distribute unsolicited material.

No warranty and limitation of liability
