Who is responsible
CloudOps Network is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact privacy@cloudopsnetwork.com with any question about this notice.
What we collect
- Details you submit through the engineer request form: name, work email, company, website, role requirements, timelines and anything you write in the brief.
- Details you submit through the invite request form: name, email, country, profile links, certifications, experience, availability and the description of your work.
- Details you submit through the contact form.
- Basic technical data collected when you browse: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to match briefs to engineers.
- To verify certifications and references where you have asked to join the network.
- To meet contractual and legal obligations, including partner programme reporting where an engagement involves it.
- To improve the website. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data.
Who sees it
Engineer details are shared with a prospective client only after that engineer agrees to a specific match. Client brief details are shared with shortlisted engineers under confidentiality obligations. We use service providers for email, hosting, analytics and workflow automation, each bound by a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not progress are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to engagements are kept for the period required by contract, tax and partner programme obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@cloudopsnetwork.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working, and analytics cookies only where you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie preferences control.
International transfers
We operate across several regions, so personal data may be transferred outside your country. Where that happens we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses.
