Before you send it

Do I need a fully formed spec?

No. A clear description of the outcome and the constraints is more useful than a document. If the scope is genuinely undecided, say so and we will treat it as a discovery conversation.

Will I get sales calls?

You will get one email from a person. If you do not reply, that is the end of it.

What if you cannot help?

We say so, quickly, and where we can we point you somewhere that can. A bad match costs us more than a missed deal.
